JPGMag to Shutdown on Monday
JPG Magazine is shutting down on Monday, January 5, 2009. They are my favorite photography magazine. JPG was a user based magazine where people submitted photos and were voted on by JPG users. There were amazing photos in every issue and I’m really sad that they’ll be going away. Right now you can download the back issues along with other stuff in PDF format. They will continue their Flickr Group. You can read the official post about it here. I’ll miss you a lot JPG!

One Year With Twitter
Today was my one year twitter anniversary. I have met some amazingly cool people, one in particular is especially incredible. Twitter has not only connected me with great people around the world, but also has been an indispensable resource of news and information. It has been the glue that binds all my good social media sites together. To be short, I love twitter!

Face Your Manga
There’s a cool new site that let’s you create a little manga version of your self. It is called Face Your Manga. The site is very web 2.0. It’s pretty basic in concept and it’s nothing revolutionary, but it is fun. It’s way simpler than creating a Mii character. I made mine in about five minutes. They have a decent set of graphics to work with and it’s a free service. If you want a print quality version, you’ll have to pay for that. Check it out.

Downtime Today
Sorry for the downtime today. I’ve been so busy at work, I didn’t notice that my web hosting expired. It has been remedied and Wasted Continuum is back at 100%.

Crumpler’s New Site
I love Crumpler. That’s not really a secret. I have a Six Million Dollar Home for my camera and a Parts and Parcel for my MacBook Pro. They make excellent bags which are beautifully designed and superbly functional. Recently, Crumpler launched a complete redesign of their site. It’s a full Flash site that is centered around the Crumpler store. The store is visually represented as an old vending machine. There are a bunch of things to play around with and discover. It’s a complete opposite of their last design which was very silly.
