For all those living in a cave, Grand Theft Auto IV is released today. Go get your copy. It’s getting incredible review by practically everyone. IGN gave it a 10 which is something they haven’t given out in years. This time around there will be multiplayer built into the game. Imagine sixteen players running amuck in an open sandbox environment. It’s going to be insane. Besides that, the graphic engines is immaculate. The details are just intense.

I just got sucked into an online game. It’s called Gaia Online. It’s another one of those anime-ish looking games where you run around doing silly things. There’s no real goal. It’s pretty much just pimping out your little character. You run around shaking trees, bushes or snowmen to get coins. You can catch items like bugs, fish, flowers, and many more to exchange for more items. It’s a bit addictive. Definitely a massive time killer. The image in this post is my character. Rockstar games released a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV this week. I can’t wait to get my hands on this game. My gaming hours has dwindled to almost nothing these last few years, but I’m still excited about GTA. I still remember playing the first GTA with the super pixely graphics. No one makes a better open sandbox game like Rockstar does.
This trailer gave a little more story to it. The focus is on the character Niko arriving in Liberty City. The graphics looks intensely realistic. It’s going to look badass on the 360. I haven’t pre-ordered it yet mostly because I don’t like to pre-order games. I still don’t have Halo 3 mostly because I know I eventually get it. I can wait for that one. GTA IV might be a different story. Maybe I’ll see how much debt I’ll be in after Christmas and then I’ll decide. According to Amazon, the game is coming out on April 30th, 2008, but the release date has already been pushed once.
