I took this photo earlier this month after dropping my friend off at the airport. The sun was just rising and the whole park was foggy. This little flower caught my eye. There are a few more photos from this morning on my Flickr.
Adobe just released their 3.5 update to Lightroom 3. It adds support for 20 new cameras including the Nikon Coolpix P7100, Olympus E-PL3 and Sony SLT-A77. This does not seem to be a major update. You can download it here. As usual, Adobe Camera Raw got an update too and is now at 6.5.
Last night, I was so busy reorganizing my workspace that I almost forgot about dinner. It was late and I wanted to make something quick. I decided to make some chicken legs, but a dish with a little character. I wanted something tangy, spicy and sweet all at once. This is what I came up with. The cooking method is adapted from a Jacques Pepin recipe for Poulet Cuisses Maison, which I love. However, this tastes nothing like that. Here is the recipe for my dish. Try it out and let me know what you think here or on twitter.
I finally got around to editing my other video from the Minnesota State Fair. Here is Weezer performing (If You’re Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To. If you missed it my first video, make sure you check it out here.
Last Saturday, I saw Weezer perform live at the Minnesota State Fair. This was my fifth or sixth time seeing them live and every time they just kill it. Here they are performing Undone (The Sweater Song) which along with Say It Ain’t So are my favorite Weezer songs. Rivers says a few hilarious and very true statements in the beginning. He also dons a pair of Superman skivvies towards the end of the song. I shot this from a distance with my Canon S95. It was difficult as a Weezer fan to hold a camera still while they rocked out on stage. I hope you enjoy it anyway.
