Harsh 5K: Post SF
Today’s run was sort of horrible. I think my endurance was completely shot from eating like crazy in San Francisco over the weekend. I didn’t run a full 5K and I had to slow down several times. The uphills on Grand were killing me.I definitely need to improve on Wednesday.
