Ernesto Illy Passed Away
All espresso drinkers should take a moment to remember Ernesto Illy, coffee giant. Illy passed away last Sunday. Not only was he the head of Illycaffè, be he was also a chemist who contributed a lot to the world of espresso. For that, I am most thankful. Everyone know how much I love coffee. My condolences goes out to his family. I have much admiration for anyone who dedicated his life work to improving and mastering all aspects of coffee.
