So the latest rumor going around is that Apple will be releasing a new MacBook coming soon. It’ll be thin and aluminum. It will probably look like the new keyboard. I’m hoping that it will be a new MacBook not a Pro version. The current MacBook Pro is awesome. I use one at work all the time. It doesn’t really need to be upgraded besides maybe a faster processor and more memory. Design-wise, it’s great. The a MacBook upgrade will be one that I’d be interested in. I’ve been looking for a small (i.e. 13″) laptop that is light and can handle Lightroom. My current laptop is a Sager 17″ and it’s really heavy. It’s fine for what I originally bought it for. It’s a high powered, mini-desktop system that I can take with me when I need to. It’s way to bulky for me to just pickup and go to a coffee shop with. I looked at the current MacBook and it’s a bit to thick for my taste. It’s also heavier than I thought it would be. I guess I’ll just wait…again…to see what Steve Jobs announces. Now that I said I want a new MacBook, it’s inevitably going to be a new MacBook Pro instead! Damn you, Apple. You get me every time.

I don’t run for two days and Lifehacker posts this: Fitness: Start and Keep Your Exercise Habit. Maybe I’ll have a little time tomorrow. Probably not.

I’ve completed my first goal of running ten times in four weeks. Yes, I know it was a fairly simple goal. I wanted to start out with a simple one. I almost didn’t make it because of my leg injury. I took that whole week off. That really set me back a bit. Now I need a new goal.

I improved my time on the 5K again. I’m now at 28′01″. I got a nice congrats from Paula Radcliffe. The weather was great. My legs were good. My hamstring injury seems to be completely gone now. I think I need to do some squats or something on the days that I don’t run. I felt a little sluggish half way through. I’m very happy with my progress though. My iPod says that I’ve only ran a total of 6 hours so far. I don’t know what to make of that.

I’ve lost again in week two, 73 to 47. I really need to make some changes before this becomes a trend. It looks like Marc Bulger may not be 100 percent this week. It may be a good time to start Delhomme instead. He’s been doing good. And what the frick is up with Maurice Jones-Drew? He hasn’t done anything for me so far. I have some major reworking to do with my team.
